Starting Point
The company specialises in data science, was founded four years ago and has grown to more than 30 people. With three locations, the team is spread across several regions. A team week brings everyone together to strengthen cohesion and work out a vision for the future. That shared time builds exchange and mutual understanding, and gives the team room to work intensively on a vision everyone carries. It is also the chance to strengthen team spirit and to value and develop the many personalities and talents within the team.
